Marcy Tiberio led a training session on personal safety with Beth Warford of Pretty Loaded that focused on situational awareness and empowerment techniques, including maintaining strong eye contact and being aware of one’s surroundings. Beth provided comprehensive self-defense training that covered verbal defenses, body positioning, and various safety strategies for different situations.
