Bill started working in the title industry as a searcher in 1983, and then moved up to title insurance three years later. After 40 years in the business, he’s insured property in every county of the state: residential, commercial, industrial and energy. But just when he thinks he’s seen it all, something new comes along to keep the job interesting! 

For more than 25 years, Bill has been involved with the New York State Land Title Association, serving as committee member, Executive Committee member, committee Chair, Agents Section Chair, and as President. He’s currently an Executive Committee member, and also serves as Parliamentarian. 

A life-long resident of the Rochester area, Bill has lived in the Maplewood Neighborhood in the City of Rochester for more than 30 years, and is currently President of the Maplewood Neighborhood Association. Bill has walked, biked or taken the bus to work for his entire career, and is currently a Board member and Advocacy Committee Chair for Reconnect Rochester, an organization fighting for safer streets and trails.
